• Processing Time: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the personalization process before your order is shipped.
• Return Policy: As this is a custom-made item created just for you, personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake made by our team (e.g., we print a different name than the one you ordered).
