Return & Exchange Policy

At NCGifts, each product is custom-made and personalized. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept general returns. We kindly ask customers to carefully review all personalization details before placing their orders.

We do allow exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product delivered does not match your order (wrong design, text, or personalization).

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

  • Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue by emailing us at support@ncgifts.in.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by NCGifts if the mistake is on our side (wrong or damaged product). For all other approved cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not generally offered for personalized items, except under these conditions:

  • An exchange is not possible because the item is out of stock.

  • The order was canceled within 24 hours of placement, before production began.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

  • Defines eligible conditions for exchange/refund.

  • Clarifies who pays return shipping.
