Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final, and we request customers to double-check personalization details before placing the order.

However, exchanges are allowed if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The product delivered does not match the order (wrong design, text, or personalization).

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue via email at [Insert Email].
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy

As NCGifts specializes in personalized products, we do not offer refunds. Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
  • If the order was canceled before it was processed for production.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
