1. Order Accuracy:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (e.g., spelling, colors, and design) are correct at the time of order. Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours of placement.

2. Payment Terms:

• All prices are listed in [Currency] and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

3. Intellectual Property:

• All designs and content on NCGifts are the intellectual property of NCGifts and cannot be used, replicated, or distributed without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability:

• NCGifts is not liable for damage caused by improper handling or usage of the product after delivery.

5. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
